Very nice Stay!
excellent service professional behavior good communication
Amal and Rumesh displayed excellent service! I really loved their training and their behavior. They were so professional! They communicated very well, which I appreciated. I will return soon!!!
The valet parking caused some frustration. The receptionist stated the valet parking was free . the valet staff asked for payment when I retrieved my vehicle. This issue happened twice. Clear communication between staff is essential.

Cleanliness Concerns and Service Lapses
room cleanliness inconsistent communication
My stay had some significant issues. I found the room cleanliness to be questionable. There were hairs in the bathroom and dust in corners. The service at the front desk was slow. It took a long time to check in. Communication between staff members also seemed inconsistent.

comfortable bed stationary bike great breakfast
the Premier Life Cityscape View King Room had a very comfortable bed. i found the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the lifts were a bit slow, so there were notable waiting times at peak hours.

the hotel includes a kids club with bracelet making and coloring activities. the pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. i noticed the staff was helpful and friendly.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room was spacious and beautifully designed. the cityscape view from the room on the 20th floor was very nice.
